How the Trade-In Process Works
Once you submit your trade-in request:

- If interested, we authenticate your bag through a third-party expert
- You receive an offer based on condition and market value
- Accept the offer and ship your bag (we'll provide shipping details)
- We inspect the bag upon arrival
- Store credit is issued to your account within 2-3 business days
