Our Authentication Process
We employ a three-step verification process to ensure authenticity:
- Japanese Appraisal: Each item is first appraised by our trusted partner in Japan.
- Local Inspection: Once an item arrives in our inventory, our professional team conducts a thorough check of its stitches, leather, condition, and accessories.
- Third-Party Verification (for consignments): If we source directly from individuals in Australia, we utilise Legit App or Entrupy, a leading authenticity service, to provide peace of mind for both buyer and seller. All relevant authentication information is clearly displayed on our website
A certificate of authenticity is included with all orders over $400. For orders under $400, it's available for purchase for $20 upon request (from Legit App).
Authenticity Guarantee
We are so confident in our process that we offer a lifetime authenticity guarantee. Should any item purchased from us be found inauthentic, we will provide a full refund and cover all associated authentication fees.
Proof of Authenticity
While we do not routinely include physical certificates (due to our direct sourcing and expert verification), we are happy to provide detailed authentication information upon request.
