Absolutely! We employ a three-step verification process to ensure authenticity:

Japanese Appraisal: Each item is first appraised by our trusted partner in Japan.
Local Inspection: Once an item arrives in our inventory, our professional team conducts a thorough check of its stitches, leather, condition, and accessories.
Third-Party Verification (for Australian Sourcing): If we source directly from individuals in Australia, we utilize Legit App or Entrupy, a leading authenticity service, to provide peace of mind for both buyer and seller. All relevant authentication information is clearly displayed on our website.

A certificate of authenticity is included with all orders over $400. For orders under $400, it's available for purchase for $20 upon request (from Legit App).

What is the condition ranking?

Our pre-loved items range in condition from good to almost new. As specialists in vintage and used luxury goods, some items may have minor wear and tear, which adds to their unique character. We believe every item deserves a second life, contributing to environmental sustainability.

We use a ranking system, primarily influenced by Japanese sellers, to describe an item's condition:

S: Unused. Storefront display, may be missing accessories, like boxes.
SA: Slightly used condition, no visible wear.
A: Good used condition with some scratches and stains
AB: Used condition with some scratches and stains (our main focus)
B: Used condition with obviously scratches and stains

We primarily focus on items ranked AB (Good) and above.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Domestic (Australia): Standard delivery with Australia Post typically takes 2-6 days, depending on the state and whether you're in a rural area.

International: Shipping usually takes 7-14 days, factoring in customs clearance time.

What payment methods can I use?
