It came with a laminated certificate of authenticity and an Anne Closet name card, beautifully wrapped in elegant white paper sealed with a "Thank You" sticker. The packaging was exceptionally well thought out — securely placed in a bubble mailer with an extra layer of bubble wrap for added protection.

Beyond excellent customer service! I've been searching for a bag for an event that I'm going to and my algorithm led me to their shop. I missed a bag from their drop before and have ask if they have something similar. To make the long story short, they found me a vintage bag that I feel inlove with.
