Beyond excellent customer service! I've been searching for a bag for an event that I'm going to and my algorithm led me to their shop. I missed a bag from their drop before and have ask if they have something similar. To make the long story short, they found me a vintage bag that I feel inlove with. It was beautifully wrap making sure it travelled and arrived safely to me. Love how it was thoughtfully wrapped. Thank you also for the little gift. It was a very sweet gesture. I am a first-time buyer. I’ve received the Loewe wallet along with Loewe’s dust bag, and I’m thoroughly impressed. It came with a laminated certificate of authenticity and an Anne Closet name card, beautifully wrapped in elegant white paper sealed with a "Thank You" sticker. The packaging was exceptionally well thought out — securely placed in a bubble mailer with an extra layer of bubble wrap for added protection.
